1. Who is responsible
NativeNavi is operated by Evan Wynne. For privacy questions or requests about your data, email evanwynne31@gmail.com.
2. Data we collect
If you join the waitlist, we collect your email address. If you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address, subject, and message you choose to provide. Our abuse-prevention provider also checks a verification token when you submit a form.
The private beta is local-first. NativeNavi uses local Accessibility data and optional on-device dictation. If you explicitly choose visual-text search, macOS provides one screen capture for on-device text recognition; NativeNavi discards that image and does not upload it to NativeNavi.
3. Why we use it
We use waitlist data to send private-beta invitations and product updates. We use contact-form data to reply to your message. We use abuse-prevention checks to protect the forms and the waitlist from spam. We do not use these details for advertising profiles, and we do not sell them.
For waitlist updates, we rely on your consent; you can withdraw it at any time. For a message you send us, we use the information to respond to your request and manage that conversation.
4. Services that process website data
Our website is hosted by Vercel. Form submissions are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile and stored in Supabase. Calendly handles appointments only if you follow the separate scheduling link. Those providers may process limited technical data, such as your IP address or browser information, to deliver and secure their services.
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where that happens, their own contractual and transfer safeguards apply. Please review their policies if you need provider-specific detail.
5. Retention
We keep waitlist details until you unsubscribe, the private-beta invitation programme ends, or they are no longer needed. We aim to delete or anonymise them within 90 days after that point. We keep contact messages for up to 12 months after the last exchange unless we need them longer for a legal claim or obligation.
6. Your choices and rights
You can ask to access, correct, erase, restrict, or receive the personal data we hold about you. You can also object to certain processing and withdraw waitlist consent. Email evanwynne31@gmail.com; we may need to confirm that the request comes from the relevant address.
If you are in the EEA or UK and remain unhappy with our response, you can complain to your local data-protection authority. In Ireland, that is the Data Protection Commission.
7. Cookies and changes
NativeNavi does not use advertising analytics or marketing cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile may use essential security technology to protect forms. We may update this policy as the product changes; the date above will show the latest version.
